You're able to return any unused product to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Partial refunds are issued when the full pack size is not fully returned. Please note, we do not accept chewed or partially eaten treats. If you need assistance with an order or a product, please contact our customer service team for further information. We stand behind each and every product that we offer for sale on our website. We carefully pick each product that becomes a part of our catalog based on pricing, quality, and nutritional value. From time to time, you may need to return products to us for whatever reason; we make this process as easy as possible.
Our return policy is to offer a full/partial refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer, are responsible for returning and for paying all shipping costs. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 1 (one) week of delivery confirmation.
If you would like to process a return, please contact Pasture Paws via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons.
At no time do we charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don't need to return product to us, but want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if needed.
